Reviews and Ratings
My stay at this hotel felt like stepping back in time, as the rooms and facilities are in desperate need of an update. While the service was courteous and offered help when needed, I found the overall experience disappointing. The breakfast was decent, and there are some good dining options, but I can't overlook the outdated decor and noisy air conditioning. Given the high price for what is offered, I would suggest looking elsewhere unless you're really out of options.
My stay at this hotel was quite disappointing. The location is great, but the overall facilities are in dire need of an upgrade. The rooms were dark and outdated, and the service while friendly still fell short in certain areas. Additionally, the dining options weren't anything special. Overall, I can't justify the high price given the state of the hotel.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The location was convenient, but the rooms felt outdated and not very comfortable. The staff was friendly and accommodating, yet the service quality fluctuated. Unfortunately, I faced issues with cleanliness upon arrival, and the facilities, particularly the pool, gave a concerning impression. Overall, I felt the hotel is in urgent need of updates and improvements.
My stay at this hotel was a mixed bag. While I appreciated the free breakfast and the effort of the staff, the overall experience was dampened by outdated facilities and slow Wi-Fi. The restaurant had a decent menu, but the room was dark and noisy, which made sleep challenging. It feels overpriced for what it offers, especially considering it needs significant renovations.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of pros and cons. The location itself isn't impressive, and the rooms felt dated and uncomfortable, yet the staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was average, and the Wi-Fi was frustratingly slow. Overall, it's a place I'd consider as a last resort while in Presidente Prudente.
